Review: the fabric honestly surprised me. to say it came thick but nice as well was a surprise and fits very well for my daughter as she wa ts to use this for trick or treating this year as well. Will even fit me. please like and help ya girl out. *ive no idea why the sizes and weight has to do with this item as its a cape lol and there for size is not accurate but this is a one size fits all and I recommend to buy it 🥰🥰
